The North Carolina Humanities Council and Piedmont Crossing retirement community are partnering on "An Overview of NC Wine Industry and Wineries" program by Joseph Mills, Ph.D.

Kids Only Childcare Center, located on the campus of Piedmont Crossing retirement community (202 Shuler Circle) in Thomasville, NC and formerly located in Lexington, NC has just received the coveted 5-Star Rating from the North Carolina Division of Child Development and Early Education.

Recently Michael Hartwell, a resident of Piedmont Crossing retirement community, received the Dixie McAdams Volunteer of the Year Award, for his philanthropy work with Fair Grove Family Resource Center. This is the first year this award had been given to a volunteer who devoted hours of help and dedicated service so unselfishly.
