Piedmont Crossing Health Services
Piedmont Crossing health care program surpasses the level of traditional residential services.  Our Medicare and Medicaid certified health care center is supervised by a physician and staffed by registered and licensed nurses 24 hours a day.  Comprehensive rehabilitation services are available on an inpatient or outpatient basis.
Assisted Living

Assisted Living

Our Assisted Living area cares for residents who need extra help with activities such as bathing, medication, meals, dressing, and other support services. Assisted Living at Piedmont allows residents who need assistance with activities of daily living the convenience of such services in a pleasant setting with their own furnishings and 24 hour staffing. Residents pay a monthly fee that includes 3 meals per day, housekeeping, personal assistance, and social and recreation activities.
Skilled Nursing

Skilled Nursing

Skilled Nursing, rehabilitation and long-term care are available at Piedmont Crossing. Residents may qualify for Medicare benefits for a short-term rehabilitation stay when discharged from the hospital to recover from illness or surgery. Our Medicare-certified nursing center has private and semi-private rooms where residents receive quality care from a licensed nursing staff under the supervision of a licensed Health Care Administrator.

Piedmont Crossing proudly offers HomeCare Service which is available only to residents of Piedmont Crossing. HomeCare is designed to provide you one-on-one assistance with medical concerns and daily activities in the comfort of your home.
