Rehabilitation Services
Post-acute, skilled rehabilitation is available at Piedmont Crossing. Residents may qualify for Medicare benefits for a short-term rehabilitation stay at Piedmont crossing's Health Center when discharged from the hospital to recover from illness or surgery. Our Medicare-certified nursing center has private and semi-private rooms where residents receive quality care from a licensed nursing staff under the supervision of a licensed Health Care Administrator.
