Piedmont Crossing to Host Lenten Program and Performer

March 18, 2019

You will not want to miss this opportunity to be part a unique Lenten Lunch & Learn experience this year only. Piedmont Crossing’s Spiritual Life Department is very pleased to present a Lenten program complete with singer, storyteller, and folk theologian Ed Kilbourne.  Ed is a gifted musical performer, insightful teacher, wise, folksy, fun and completely engaging.

We will be concentrating on Bible stories from the life of Jesus, teaching them in a contemporary context, in ways that will be both inspirational and humorous, reflective and worshipful.

Sessions will take place Monday through Wednesday mornings, April 1–3 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, with complimentary lunch for all participants immediately following each class.

Reservations are being accepted now and can be made right up until the opening session, but space is limited to the first 50 who sign up. Please make sure you can attend all three morning sessions.

The week begins with a free Sunday-evening concert March 31 at 6:30 pm open to the entire Piedmont Crossing community.

Contact The Rev. Bob Symanski for reservations or more information at 336-474-3624 or rsymanski@uchas.org. Reservations are required.
