Piedmont Crossing Welcomes Local Author to Discuss New Book, Life Experiences

October 16, 2018

Piedmont Crossing invites the community to hear Thomasville resident Rev. Galen Hahn share his migrant ministry experiences and discuss his recently published book, “Finding My Field,” on Tuesday, October 23 at 2pm at the retirement community.

Hahn is a retired United Church of Christ minister who became inspired to write a book in his retirement. Early in his life and ministry work he was affected by race, poverty, justice, and ministry to children. These issues remained with Hahn throughout this ordained ministerial career. Through his learning experiences, Hahn was inspired to write a book, “Finding My Field,” that seeks to share a few of his migrant ministry experiences that helped him cultivate discoveries of real life.

The public is invited to meet the author and hear Hahn speak about his life experiences. To register your attendance, please contact Blair White at [email protected] or 336.474-3605.
