We know many of you are concerned about the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) and how it may impact us here at Piedmont Crossing.  Ensuring residents are cared for in a safe and healthy environment is our first priority. At this time, we do not have any confirmed cases of COVID-19 in our community. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have recommended a variety of steps that we are implementing to help reduce the potential for this virus to enter our community.  With heightened awareness and the rapid pace associated with COVID-19, we will continue to give you the latest information available.

We need your assistance in maintaining a healthy environment.

At this time, we are restricting visits to only those that are MEDICALLY NECESSARY.  We are posting signs on entryway doors to notify visitors of this policy and actively screening individuals who need to come into our Health Center.

We understand that connecting with your loved ones is incredibly important, and there are a variety of other ways you might consider communicating with them.  These may include telephone, email, text, video chat or social media.  You may contact 336.472.2017 if we can help you connect with a resident.  We are experiencing a high volume of calls and apologize to those placed on hold for extended period; we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Piedmont Crossing has canceled all community programs through March 31st; we will assess the CDC recommendations at that time.

Piedmont Crossing is staying up to date with regulatory agency guidelines and CDC recommendations as they continue to change.
